Dammit, new bout of Touhou fever. Surprised I haven't done this before. I haet doing fanart, but..the thing is with Touhou..any costume design you feel like putting on a Touhou chara is fair game since Project Shrine Maiden can't keep a consistent character design for any of the eight billion Touhou girls to save their life.
